The customer service from this store is shocking, avoid at all cost. I have made a formal complaint against the manager and expect recompense for all the hassle caused travelling back and forth because the wrong information was given. The manager he need training in customer service.

I purchased 2 Guinea pigs today and would like to with draw my previous statement with an update one on service; pets at home team have been great and I do apologise to the previous team members Angela and Isabelle for my over reacting;
I would really appreciate if it was made more clear on the labels for Guinea pigs as I struggle with disabilities and mental health to where I don?t understand a lot of things; having autism makes me only see seance in a certain way; I am seeking treatment and fully aware of my self to where I try and understand things but somethings are difficult.
