Absolutely useless. Went in with a problem of money missing off my PAYG account, spent nearly 20mins sorting it, said he'd sorted it, 3 days later the same problem occurred. If I could give them a minus score I would.

Nat is a compliment to the store, very helpful, friendly and approachable. He broke down the contract's information so that it was easy to understand and made the process very streamlined. Additionally, he answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable during my visit to the store.

Went into the store today with a query. Long wait so our number was taken and we got a message when we needed to go back to store. Isobel helped us to solve our problem. She was so helpful and enabled us to sort the issue we had easily. Our experience today was excellent. Well done Isobel and the staff managing the queue. Would recommend O2 on this experience.

Awful customer service when I visited today. Lady who was greeting everyone was rude and arrogant. Seemed like she didn?t want to be there, moaning about how busy it was! Disgusting behaviour!!!

Went in to store today 23/11/24. My phone has had issues and i didn't back up my photos. The man who dealt with me had the patience of a said because I'm garbage with technology. He tried his hardest to help me and is still doing so until he send my phone off for repair. Cannot thank the staff at wakefield trinity walk enough. Especially this man and i can?t remember his name either ?

I didn't get the ladies name. I would like to thank you. After a month the lady today actually knew what to do to help when your sim has been frauded. Train your staff 02. I.ve left 02 because of the non existence of staff knowledge.

I desperately needed a new phone, my phone was completely maxed out, staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful, new phone purchased and staff offered to transfer everything over for me and to pop back in an hours time ... As my phone was maxed out, it took 5 hours to transfer but the staff explained what I needed to do to continue with the phone clone and to pop back in if I needed further support,
Great deal on my purchase too.
