Very poor experience on my recent visit!We only popped in to collect an online order, thought this would be a relatively quick process (well a lot quicker than finding the items in store and queuing at the till to pay) however the till queue was relatively small and fastly operated while the long queue was for the online order check-in system, but this went down farly quickly been fair the hold up was down to the users and there only been one check-in screen, several of us then waited around the till area for our packages to be brought out, after a while we asked a team member how long it was going to be to be then told that the system wasn't working as she didn't have any collections come through (Need to point out that she was new and still training) so she collected people's order numbers manually and started to collect the orders at this point a second assistant started to help but then confused things and we got forgotten again so had to wait again.I generally think they needed more team memebrs on and the trainee needed more support that she was getting.Will be thinking twice about collecting from here again though

So Lovely to see your Next Store I am 30 years Old Keighley Next is sold out for clothes for me I have been their Customer for Past 20 years in store teenage to early to late 20s. Yes I will be shopping here Code ?. I will bring here and her Autism in this shop same with males Autism this morning Monday 23 October 09:22 Am.

The staff in Wakefield store are all so helpful and friendly, great selection of clothes and homeware. Easy to order online and collect from the outlet or main store would recommend

Lovely store, vast range all sizes, styles, colours. Homeware department downstairs has a good display of sofas, dining furniture aswell as bedding, cushions etc. The diffusers and candles are to die for.
