Great customer service from the 2 girls today, one of the girls was training , she was very polite & very efficient.
The other helped me with my return as we now need a returns barcode for orders on line.?

The customer service at this Wakefield store is poor which is why I stopped shopping from this store years back. I only go if I really need to which is once in a blue moon but that's not the main issue.
I advise anyone still choosing to buy from this particular store to ask for a paper receipt.
I and a few others I know have had issues with email receipts where we've given our email address but haven't receive any emails. In my case, the paperless receipt system works fine at the Leeds Trinity store or any other store across the country, EXCEPT this one.
I went in store today to get a refund on a top I bought from this very store but they refused because I didn't have the email receipt. I explained to them that they never sent me one. I showed them the New Look label which was still fixed on the top and told them they still have the exact same top one the racks. I even offered to take a voucher since I had other things I wanted to buy from New Look but they were having none of it. Now, I understand policy but it has got to a point where this excuse is becoming illogical and unreasonable. I would have understood if there was no label attached or the top was out of stock completely but that is not the case so I find it incredibly silly that no concession can be made in this instance.

Dirtiest store I've been in. Glass shelves have a weeks worth of dust on them. Streaks all over the glass under the railings and the mirrors on the stairs look like they've either never been cleaned or cleaned with a mop.
Lack of any Mens section and dispite three women on the till it took fifteen minutes to get served even though only one person was in front.

I went into the Wakefield store yesterday to buy some petite jeggings. I have always rated New Looks petite range as a 5ft 1in small lady. I was told that New Look no longer offer a petite range in store as it doesn?t sell?? They confirmed that they had some petite jeans upstairs. I found a really small choice of jeans/jeggings that had standard sizes mixed in with them, they were with the clearance items in what looked like a charity shop. I am really disappointed by this, basically if you aren?t 5ft 11in with long legs you aren?t considered relevant! I won?t be shopping in New Look anymore, I know that won?t bother New Look as I?ve already said I?m irrelevant!! This review has been posted by my wife.

Shopped at this location yesterday for the first time, as usually go to White Rose. Absolutely outstanding service from Faye who was busy dealing with stock when I made an enquiry. Immediately stopped what she was doing, came over to assist and even recommended products. It is rare to see such outstanding service now, but certainly a location I'll shop at more. Keep shining ?
