Awful place, like a prison to get in and out of now and treats every customer like they're a potential criminal...
Double security doors to get in, anything of value begins glass screens that you have to ask a staff member to open for you, and exits blocked at checkout by more security doors. Not a pleasant experience and totally excessive given Asda 2 minutes down the road has none of these measures.

Sick of this place. I cannot count the amount of times I've got home and come to use something I have purchase that day and it being out of date. I purchased some crumpets YESTERDAY for my 9 month old daughter, i was just about to feed her them and checked the date and their 6 days out of date!! This happens all the time. Last week I went to buy some cream and that was 3 days out of date.
Theres no staff at all in store, I have spoken to them and they said they cannot keep up with checking stock due to staff cuts, which I find shocking when my shopping bill has gone from £100 in 2020 to £220 a week now.
I will be contacting Food Safety now as this could have made my daughter really poorly.

Any body pressing the button on liquor cabinets and waiting for them to be opened, you will be waiting a long time, because the management have not communicated to their shop floor staff that the doors are open! and no body is recieving your buzzer call from the liquor cabinets, but there is a small sign to say the cabinets are open on the doors themselves.
So this Message is to all morisons staff?The doors on the spirits/liquor cabinets are now unlocked, please inform your customers who may be becoming frustrated, that they are being ignored.
Morisons head office may want to consider retraining their management at wakefield Dewsbury road in the art of communication with their shop floor.

Shelves not restocked at 11am on a Sunday and no fresh produce available to buy (discounting the day before's offerings.
Rubbish and 'fresh' food left on shelves from day before.
Member of staff supposedly sweeping one out the aisles with his dust pan and brush swinging the dustpan round!
Love that you have to ask for a carrier bag from a member of staff who scans it too for you! Daylight robbery charging 60p for a carrier bag!
Cafe is disgusting and is filthy, tables are usually covered in the last person's meal and I've never seen a table cleaned. Staff are rude and on several occasions I've had my plate virtually thrown on the table.

For the size, it?s not very stocked. Expensive deli section for dried up chicken. The cafe was too expensive for what it was.

Met a fantastic customer service representative Adele. She helped me locate 2 items by taking me to the aisle instead of just pointing me in the direction. She was absolutely amazing and you could see she enjoys working at Morrisons and helping customers. Thank you
