Last year I had a poor impression of this pharmacy but my prescription has been directed there due to Boots closing next to Lupset Surgery. All I can say that my recent experience has been excellent . My medicines are all ready for collection and the chemist and assistant are both friendly and knowledgeable? This all bodes well!?

Terrible service. Sold an incorrect product, as they did not check who the product was for. Charged double the normal price, and point blank refused to refund the product, which they should never have sold in the 1st place.

My husband went to collect my prescription from here for the first time. The staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly, they dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. I thought it needed a positive review looking at the previous ones. We had super service! Thank you!

Don't say this lightly, customer service from counter assistant is appauling. I was astonished how she spoke to me. I will give her a plus! She felt such animosity towards me, she actually carried on slagging me off after the very lovely dispensing lady found my prescription and served me. Wow! I give 100% for such awful service. Moving our business to Horbury

Never answer the phone, I tried several times to check if they had my medication(which they didn't have in) ?again.

Always friendly and efficient with my requests, can be busy at times but they are human and sometimes rushed off there feet, so be patient and don't risk losing a local chemist. ?

Friendly staff with pharmacists willing to go the extra mile. My experiences at this pharmacy have been nothing but pleasant and the staff have been nothing short of polite. On behalf of a long time patron of this pharmacy I say ignore any bad reviews and take a visit to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Appalling customer service! The staff are generally pleasant and helpfull but the male pharmacist was rude and condescending on my visit today. Generally he is grudgingly civil. Yes I do know the meaning of the word 'refund' thank you and I shall be using another pharmacy in the future.

Dirty, inside and out, out of stock of prescription items so long wait or repeated returning to store to complete prescription. Unpleasant staff I assume they must own it .When middlestown got a pharmacy I thought it would be a positive step. What a shame they treat customers like irritants.....

Place is small so uncommon medicines need to be ordered sometimes which is acceptable, staff are kind and help as much as they can ... im impressed for an independent pharmacy.
