It was colder in the restaurant than it was outside so it didn't take long gor the food to go cold. I mentioned this to a worker there and he just said I am pleased someone else thinks it is cold as he was. Other visitors were all sat snuggled on coats. Not acceptable in my opinion

Food took ages to make despite an empty drive thru and in store with no uber drivers in sight. Porridge not available yet staff getting it on their breaks and my order was wrong but there were no staff members in sight to fix it. Many came out for breaks about five minutes after I had finished so it just looked as if they were avoiding being on the front counter. Very disappointing. One of the poor girls on her break even had to go and get our order for us whilst she wasn't even working since no one on the shop floor seemed inclined to. Not the best mcdonalds service I have had nor the minimum I have come to expect

In my experience with the chain, this one seems to be the only one that gets the food out quickly and correctly.

Not happy run by kids, mc Donald?s completely got my just eat order wrong. Disgusting not happy ? get quality staff stop been cheap u pay for service which u espect to get right not the hardest job in the world?.

I keep hoping this place will get better as it?s local. No milk sachets, no sugar sachet, no napkins, and nobody staffing the desk to resolve.

Don't go inside for the food, over 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting whilst people in the drive through and in their cars get their food.
Edit: and just to note, of course the order wasn't even correct when I finally received it.

Ordered over 1hour ago and delivery time keeps increasing, and each time food arrives cold anyway. That's outrageous for a McDonald's, you don't cook from scratch...awful service, surprised you're still open. Update: after 2h wait I drive to the restaurant. Manager blames the driver, doesnt even offer to refund the delivery considering I drove there to get it myself. Driver however marked the order as delivered whilst I was driving to restaurant. Got home, surprise..that's a lie anyway...not that I would eat food left outside like I am a dog. The most ridiculous service ,,from driver to manager

Went on a busy Saturday dinner time it was busy and they had staff picking leaves up outside when it was windy and customers were waiting for food more than 10 mins . Surely, customers are more important than picking leaves up on a blustery day . The idea is to get fast food ?

Worse McDonald there possibly is in Wakefield, send cold stale chips and blame drivers even though you can track and no way they?d be that cold in the timing, go in to see what can be and staff just don?t take responsibility. Paying for absolutely shambles

Piss poor quality via online app. Always arrives cold. Double cheese and bacon a rip of. Two burgers sliced on half to make it look like you get 4 burgers. What a con. Second and last time I will order again. 5 star for delivery guy only.
