It was colder in the restaurant than it was outside so it didn't take long gor the food to go cold. I mentioned this to a worker there and he just said I am pleased someone else thinks it is cold as he was. Other visitors were all sat snuggled on coats. Not acceptable in my opinion

Food took ages to make despite an empty drive thru and in store with no uber drivers in sight. Porridge not available yet staff getting it on their breaks and my order was wrong but there were no staff members in sight to fix it.
