Spot on. My breakfast was cooked to perfection this morning, nice coffee. Bit of clearing of trays by staff would of displayed efficient practices, I know how hard it is to develop these skills in younger members of staff, so no dramas.

Not sure how this one is still open. The staff were awful. Swearing in front of kids, slamming food down on the counter, order after order coming out wrong.

This is the worst Mcdonald's ive ever been to. Constantly waiting 20 mins plus for ANYTHING, even just a coffee. I went in tonight and ordered a double quarter pounder meal and the burger come and it was vile. Full of grease and the bun was soggy. I sent it back and they gave me another one. It was exactly the same! I threw it straight in the bin and got told by the 'staff' that i had to get it out for a refund and then told to go to one of the other 2 stores in Wakefield. The state of the place was disgusting too. All the tables were dirty. Rubbish all over the floor and the tables still had rubbish from previous meals all over them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My boyfriend and I got dinner from this McDonalds on the 9/12/2024. We shared a chicken select box and a McCrispy burger. Both of us woke up the next day with food poisoning.
It?s the only meal we?ve both had so it can only be from here.

Fries served almost raw, sent back waited nearly 10 minutes for replacements only for them to be half cooked too.
Food takes ages to arrive, priority is always given to drive through and Uber Eats and Just Eat.
Place is filthy, food strewn in the floor, tables covered in food. Not seen a cleaner in this place for some time.

How is it that McDonald's in Germany, is better than McDonald's in the UK? A little thing like the straw in the milkshake lasting to the end, unlike under half way in the UK. Salad a better quality, and a better amount too.

I was stood there for 20 minutes waiting for 6 nuggets chips and a mcflurry. They saw me and i saw it was made yet it was under a heat lamp for 10!
