Worst McDonald?s ever. The queue id always outrages the parking is horrible and to be so conveniently located to have such bad service.

Now, I do enjoy a Maccys. However, very poor experience here. Car park a nightmare with delivery drivers paying little or no attention, nearly ramming my (rather large, easy to see( car. Super slow service due to (seemingly) prioritisation of Delivery orders.
Sadly terrible, cold food, thrown together haphazardly .....with coffee so strong that it was undrinkable.
Staff were polite and friendly though.
Won't be returning.

10 minute wait for food, missed food off order, tight parking spaces and not much of it

Classic location, many items are not available, half of the order counters do not print receipts. The employees were a bit bored, one product was missing from the order, so we had to ask for it separately. The meat and bun in the sandwich are okay, the rest is severely lacking, the fries are barely lukewarm, the cola is a bit watered down.

Where to start.. clearly under bad management, atleast 3 visits out of 5 they don't have any of the special burgers (Big tasty, McCrispy at minute) haven't had a milkshake for about 6 months because they keep pretending the milkshake machine isn't working, and if it truly isn't working than they need to get it fixed as like I said everytime I have asked for a milkshake in the past 6 month's they have said machine isn't working. When you go inside the whole of the restaurant is over run with just eat drivers causing a mayhem, wait time for food is minimum 20 minutes. It's by far the worst McDonald's in the area and it's easier to just leave the restaurant and go to the pontefract McDonald's as they always have food and the milkshake machine works. I feel the branch management at the xscape are failing MASSIVELY and the poor young workers look VERY UNHAPPY... Could the area manager please get this branch under control...

Car park is pretty small and need to be lucky to get a car parking spot.
Very busy and cleanish but rubbish bags left around.

The toilets look and smell really clean well done McDonald?s castleford other branches need to take note. Food is hot too which again other branches need to work on as they serve luke warm food. Really impressive as they are really busy.

Fast food this is not. Absolute chaos. If you enjoy waiting half an hour for a cold cobbled together burger and even colder fries, then this is the place for you!

Went last night, brought the children and thankfully not a wait to order as we went through the drive through which was quite empty, paid and they gave us our drinks and ketchup first. Then we were assisted to the car park where we spent at least a 15-20 minute wait, finally the food came and we weren?t given our cheeseburger we ordered and sadly they weren?t any milkshakes either so we had to pick an alternative, children?s 9 nugget box only came with 8. Food was nice and hot thankfully.
Parking: We didn?t have issues finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: Child friendly.
