Overall, Manning Stainton, Wakefield have provided very good service and communication. Both Georgie and Laura work hard - I would have given 5 stars but an 11th hour offer on the property we are buying could have resulted in us losing it if the seller wasn?t the man he is and stood by his promise to us. His agent hadn?t received a phone call from MS that I was told would be made, that confirmed the chain could proceed. So a small point of learning, keep the customer and every relevant party informed all the time. But thank you for all your help and dedication to your work.
