Absolutely no customer service or satisfaction at all, after countless messages The owner kindly decided to respond and inform me that the voucher I had bought and paid for with CASH just prior to lockdown was not able to be used when we tried to book it. Not good business practice in my eyes especially as it was a gift for a young girl who would probably have gone on to spend more money on future courses. Enjoy the free £200.Service: Makeup services

Booked an appointment, got moved, then a few days later got moved again, and then got cancelled a few days after that.Long story short - Beth messed me around and apparently I was rude after she gave no reason or message of moving - only did because I chased her. She was the rude one, and the one that had zero understanding or care for her customers.One of the people at Leah Bramwell helped me and I managed to book elsewhere for less, on the same date and time!! Really appreciated the customer service received. ? thank you so much!!

I?ve been using Leah?s make up services for 5 years now, & I would never go to another make up artistShe is extremely professional but also friendly and can find conversation with anyone which puts you at ease, her work is superb and is always done to an amazing standardThe salon is always clean and smells lovely, she uses disposable applicators for make up to avoid cross contamination and cleans brushes in between clients which is very reassuringWould highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area ?Services: Makeup services
