Very disappointing I could of cooked better at home , no atmosphere not as enjoyable as it could of been ,over priced food the nicest thing was the mussels ( no bread served with the mussels)and sea food platter , sorry won?t be returning.

What a hidden little gem of a restaurant this place is. The food was amazing! Staff so friendly and Jose and his wife came out of the kitchen to check in with guests they were enjoying their evening. Highly recommend??

¡Comida deliciosa! Had such a fantastic evening here. The food was lovely and the service was impeccable. Jose is a delight and we had a wonderful evening from start to finish. We will be back and it won't be too long before that happens.

Booked a table for 8, the staff and service was excellent. Great advice on the number of items to order, 4 per couple which worked out perfectly. The paella for 2 went down very well. The 3 ladies serving ensured the dishes flowed well. Even a little room for the house special cheesecake, which was delicious. Order your paella first as it is cooked fresh and can take 30/40 mins, then plan your other dishes.

Wow! What a hidden gem!
Fantastic Spanish tapas and lovely wine. The staff were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet Jose and his wife Sofia.
The food was all homemade and authentic...just one regret that we didn't leave enough room for dessert. We will definitely return.

An absolute hidden gem of a restaurant. Definitely the best tapas I?ve had in the U.K., and far better than most I?ve had in Spain too.
The recipes and cooking are authentic, we had 10 dishes between the four of us (which was plenty) and each of them tasted fantastic.
The chef popped out to say hello and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work - he?s absolutely right to do so.

The food was fabulous with generous portions and the service was exellent. The only minor downside was that some of my mussels were not open so were inedible.

This is a small, cozy restaurant with authentic food and great service. The Spanish owner/chef takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it really shows. I can't think of another restaurant in Wakefield I'd rather go to, it really punches above its weight.

Quite simply the best tapas I've eaten outside Spain! The service was 1st class and Jose occasionally popped out of the kitchen to make sure everyone was happy with the food, this is typically Spanish as they are proud of their food and want their guests (I hesitate to use the word customers) to enjoy it also! A place we will be back to many more times. Gracias Jose!
