Had great service from Becky, Chelsea and Seren today. They really worked hard to save me money and put up with my two little terrors at the same time! Thank you ladies, we'll definitely come back.

Went on spec to buy replacement front windscreen wipers as the present ones were making an annoying squeak. A quick on-screen check on the easy to use tablet showed which ones I needed. Helpful staff fitted them for me in the car park. The whole thing took only ten minutes or so and the price was much lower than the dealers would have been.

I had trouble with my car battery, turned up and asked if they could help me as soon as possible, they were brilliant, I only had to wait 30 minutes for someone to be available which was great.

Went in to buy car battery, found within 5 minutes, double checked with staff all OK arrived home released 4 nots took battery off fitted new ,car start first time all good

Booked a service for fitting of dash cam face to face.asked then twice is it booked as there is no confirmation message . When reached there they said there is no appointment and we are full.. person talking named OLIVIA was roude and inconsiderate. Very poor service

Took my car in for a wheel alignment and they returned the car to me with the exhaust hanging off! I explained to them that it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off and they wouldn?t take responsibility for it or be bothered to fix it. Store manger was rude and gobby. The guy I spoke to about my car just laughed. Avoid them unless you want your car back with problems they refuse to rectify. Before I dropped it off, I was waiting in line to hand my keys over and the store manager was treating the customer in front of me terribly. That should have been the red flag to cancel the service, it would have saved me a lot of bother and money. Oh yeah they couldn?t do the wheel alignment either.

Purchased 2 brand new tyres for $550.00 including wheel alignment,they fitted the tyres which is an easy job to do and left the wheel alignment because it took long,I'm driving with the new tyres getting worn out due to uncompleted work by Halfords.poor customer service.

Booked for a MOT and service as I had only had the car 6 months, if I had not got a 2nd opinion 2days later I would have been £1200 out of pocket with the list of issues they said were wrong with my car. NEVER EVER GOING BACK

Was told last week by a sales assistant that he would book me in for a ?free repairs check? (this is also advertised on Halfords website) to see to a problem with my card headlights. Turned up this morning where they took my car for a few hours, basically told me they couldn?t fix it and that it was the fault of the people I bought it from as they fitted something wrong. They said they could fix it but it would be expensive, they didn?t provide the actual quote. Then upon returning for my car they asked me for £49.99?! I told them that I was promised this was a free check and I wasn?t expecting to be charged. The manager became very arrogant blaming the sales assistant for telling me the wrong thing. After some back and forth managed to get my keys back and left without paying. Have now contacted the garage I purchased it from and they have said Halfords have a reputation of scaremongering customers so they can charge them more. Will never come here again.

Used this Halfords a few times. Service is quick and efficient. Staff are quick to inform you when your car is ready to pick up. Overall pretty good for a large chain.Services: General repairs & maintenance

We had £2,000 to spend on electric bikes but was told I'd have to travel to pontefract to get one of them. Why not ship it to the wakefield branch near where I live. Not possible, so walked out
