I was very impressed with the service I received at the Wakefield branch today. I was looking for an eternity ring. Sue served me and she was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful. There was plenty of choice and for all budgets. Thank you for your advice I can?t wait to see my beautiful ring.

Such a pleasant visit here today (sat 2/8/25)i was served by Susan & Tracy and what lovely staff they are.they had patience with me selecting the right watch ?? was very professional but very approachable and friendly.no rush nothing was to much trouble and me and my partner would definitely visit this branch again oppose to some of the others we have visited,I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable to ask about trying multiple watches on...these are a absolute credit to H.samual and now our favorite store to purchase from.thankyou Susan and Tracey for making this a great visit and getting to correct watch I needed ?....

I had a lovely experience with Claire when getting my ears pierced. She was really friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process as I was nervous to get them done. My piercings look amazing, I would highly recommend!

Susan in the Wakefield branch gave us a great experience.Tried on so many rings and was never once made to feel it was too much trouble.Susan gave us lots of aftercare advice as well as making pleasant conversation on our travels to Greece. H Samuel offered many offers and after looking around a few jewellery shops I am happy we chose this option.Service with a smile goes a long way.Thank you Susan, you are a credit to the branch?

Fantastic experience today for ear piercing. Better than other well known piercers that we have been to. Very friendly and quick. Made to feel at ease. Would definately recommend.

Lovely experience when I wanted a gift for my Nieces 50th birthday. Sue served me and I got excellent service. Nothing was too much for her. Sue allowed me to look closely at various items as I said something had to catch my eye. As wheelchair user this was really helpful as it was difficult looking in the display cabinets. I went away to think about a couple of items I really liked. I came back about 20mins later as I wanted to look again. Sue welcomed me back and let me look again. After chatting again with Sue, she didn?t rush me or pressure me to purchase anything. But I made my mind up to buy a lovely pendant. Sue was so friendly, knowledgeable, and chatty I was so happy to make the purchase. I saw other items I might be back later for as Sue was so kind and patient. Kath Blair.
