“Brilliant staff at this Card Factory! Nothing is too much trouble and I did need help last time I was in with finding a specific item, thanks ladies!
The only thing that I would change is the opening hours, Card Factory, you are definitely missing out on customers from 8.30am, especially those of us waiting for a certain Eye care shop to open at 9am, very often there's a queue waiting outside and many saying they wish they could do their cards etc.. shopping while they waited!”

“Great place in central Wakefield to get birthday cards, wrapping paper and other birthday items. The store isn't that big so when a seasonal event comes around the birthday stock does tend to suffer. The only disappointment is that some of the more expensive cards lack attention to detail and can still feel cheap. There is the alternative of Clinton's just a few minutes walk into Trinity Walk but expect to pay A LOT more.”
