Went here to see if we could buy a tent box there was a young woman who served us and was the most rude person I have ever come across , we asked for something and she laughed in our face like we were stupid said we wouldn?t get one anywhere even after we asked her to check; we did travel to York and get one and they were beyond helpful so she could of chevked to see if in stock. Useless and the most run down store I have seen.

First ever visit, Keleigh (who was very good) helped us find Kev; and Kev was totally amazing! He spent time explaining the science behind the backpacks and even recommended several cheaper options after hearing our requirements (first time backpacking) We will definitely be going back when the plan comes together.

I ordered a couple of polo shirts online for collection from this store. Several emails and texts followed to confirmed the order was ready for collection - they even called my mobile but didn't leave any message. Travelled to store today only to find they didn't have the correct colour in stock, so decided to swap it out for a different shirt! I refused the order, staff not bothered, waste of my time going to the store. This was a great shop years ago, lately it has gone down hill. The management team need to up their game - quickly.

Excellent customer service. Helpful and friendly staff at the Wakefield store. More choice of top brands sizes in stock to try on would get the 5th star, as opposed to just Peter Storm or North Ridge in all sizes.

Go to Leeds worth the journey. Wakefield have the most unhelpful staff possible. 4 ignored us, seems chatting to friends at till and unpacking gloves is a lot more important than selling products
