Been in three times, spoke to the woman and man behind the counter. Both extremely rude, unhelpful and turn their nose up when mentioning pokemon. Would not recommend to anyone who is interested in buying pokemon. Will not return. If being rude to customers is part of your business plan I would reconsider your approach.... read full comment
