I have worked for Flexicare At Home for 3 years 5 months. The company is a family-run business and as a person who was new to care, every member of the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome, supported, and included at all times.The quality of the training given to staff and care provided to the clients is second to none, which is reflected by the ?OUTSTANDING? rating based on its latest CQC inspection. You will never be sent in to a client ?blind?, like most care providers do, as Flexicare At Home strongly believe in and encourage the continuity of care for the clients.The Covid-19 pandemic was a very difficult and challenging time, not only for carers, but for the clients too. Flexicare At Home went above and beyond to put all necessary safety measures in place to ensure all clients and staff were not only physically safe, but mentally safe too. The company always ensured there was sufficient amounts of PPE for all care visits, as well as ensuring all staff were regularly tested to ensure that client and staff safety was top priority.Whilst the care sector can be challenging at times, the company always ensure the clients and staff come first. Your voice is always heard, your opinions matter and the company always do what they can to secure a healthy work-life balance for everyone.Regardless of your experience, I highly recommend Flexicare At Home.
