This proved to be a very simple process. We found the car on the web and the contact with Evans Halshaw was friendly and informative.
Alyssa answered all the questions and processed the documentation very quickly. The car was delivered to our address without fuss and Omar from the Holt Motor Group completed the handover on site.

I bought a car from here today and Alyssa helped me every step of the way. The dealers have a great selection of cars and can deliver cars from their other branches. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information for the type of car that I wanted. She wasn't overbearing or pushy and was very pleasant. Luke was very informative and helpful in the sale , smooth process and delivery was spot on, the driver left us half a tank of fuel and he even bought us a packet of dubai chocolate! never had dubai chocolate before. thanks Omar from Holt motor group for great delivery service

I would give this place zero stars if I could avoid it or you will get ripped off for the past month I have been calling to get a refund on the alloy cover and paint protection cover I cancelled the policy the insurance company that covers this said that they transferred the funds back to the dealer and I have to get It back from them all I have got through them is that they are checking the accounts or they say they will call me back and never do I?ll be contacting a solicitor now as I?ve had enough, also the car I bought from them has multiple issues I took the car into another Evan?s halshaw because it was close and a Ford dealer and they said the turbo is packing up so in order to get my car in for repairs they have to invoice the original dealer, problem is that they aren?t even responding to their emails from that dealer so they can?t get my car in and it?s still under warranty it?s a massive headache the won?t give me money owed to me and I?m stuck with a broken car please buy your car elsewhere I regret trading in my old one.

Alyssa was nice and lovely very informative. Great staff. Delivery was also great we have to get somewhere in the morning and Omar offered to bring it to me in the evening. Tommy was professional, polite and attentive during the whole time of our purchase. He had the car ready before the agreed time for our test drive. At no point did we feel rushed or presurised into purchasing a car or making any decisions. Tommy was extremely patient through out. We believe that customer service is key and Tommy excells in this and also is very knowledgable and this helped us to make our car purchase with confidence. Would recomend Tommy without hesitation to family and friends. A definate asset to your company.
