Great service, friendly staff

Called in and orded a part was told it will be ready to collect from 8am the next day left it till 2pm went to collect was told it was "knocked back" no explanation. My engine is leaking bad and I desperately needed this gasket seal. 2 trips there and back and no part. Not thr first time and it's definitely my last am no longer using this company enoughs enough. GSF SDL TPS are my go to company's it's extremely rare I have any hickups with them!

Gentleman at the till (blonde curly hair, stocky, green eyes, 6 ft) - not particularly friendly. Perhaps a better suited role in the back of the shop will align with his skills.
