Sam set up a new phone contract for me and me friend. As decorators we have next to no time when it?s comes to getting these things sorted but Sam is so quick and efficient with what she knows about the right deal and choosing a plan that going to save money that we were in and out no hassle. She needs a bloody good reward with how she handles people in store. Massive thanks to Sam from me and my business partner Olly.

Visited Wakefield store today. Greeted by a blond haired young woman who clearly didn?t want to be there! Never offered a seat was just left stood up talking about phone deals. She couldn?t explain the deals that they were offering so we said we would take our business else where as we walked out the shop she sarcastically shouted after us ?bye then? and started laughing.

Absolute rubbish. Made me wait 15 minutes then told me that they will close soon and there would be no available staff before then. Plot twist. One guy walked out 2 minutes after my arrival and came back the very moment I walked through out the door.

Poor service, took another line out asked all the questions to the young sales advisor asked if I'd have any additional payments to make and was told no now got my new bill with a extra £50 pro rata payment when complained was told I'd of been informed of this which I wasn't .... And makes you look bad customer service is shocking and was told it's in my contract I signed. I asked all the relevant questions prior and was mislead on the summary. Shame just took new 2 year contract out as will not be extended again after 7 years of service.

Booked an appointment and went into the EE shop in Wakefield a few weeks ago hoping to get a broadband contract.
We were told we couldn?t be seen at the time we booked because they were busy. We came back after 30 mins as they?d said they?d see us there.
We had to wait 45 mins and eventually the manager Josh Blakemore came out . He said he was going in the back and would only be a few minutes . He disappeared and didn?t come back . I asked a colleague to go find him.
After a few minutes she came back out laughing and said that he was praying.
I know someone who works for EE and knows the staff there. They told me he regularly goes in the back room and plays on the PS5.
Needless to say I won?t be touching EE with a 20 foot sh#tty barge pole in the future.
