Called in on the of chance as the screw holding one of my spectacle?s in place fell out , the very nice lady took them from me and said please have a seat , and she took them away and fitted a new screw, and tightened the the second screw and gave them a clean . And wouldn?t take any payment for her services.I am due for new specs and will be going to your branch in Havant Hampshire my name is Alan Jones
