Toilets upstairs were unclean..cafe was unkempt ...staff were lovely though!

I am a regular customer I normally go to the one in the Ridings but ocassionally call at the Northgate one . Won?t bother in future . I ordered a Toastie and a cappuccino. The Toastie was not cut all the way through so had to ask for a knife , also had to ask for a napkin but was given some kitchen roll . Sat down and wasn?t given a spoon for my coffee . I was like the two young girls working there couldn?t be bothered . It was New Year?s Day but the service should still be the same . They closed up the cabinet with the sandwiches and toasties in and told a customer there was none left but there was . A they left and didn?t buy anything . Such a shame as normally ok .
