Not only did they get my iPhone sorted like total pros ???? they also hooked me up with a projector ? and a portable sound bar ?.
I?m now officially plugged back into the world ? connected, booming with sound, and ready to take over the universe (or at least Wakefield)! ??
Tech angels in human form ? fast, friendly, and totally on it.

Nice staff and some rude ones also rubbish store wanted a game today and had in stock but no case asked for separate games same again game in but no case you Nedd too keep a eye on your stock this has now happened to me several times its completely unacceptable and ridiculous. This is why I don't like some cex stores

Sold me a faulty phone and refused to honour the promise of the warranty or a refund, I returned it after 5 days due to work commitments and was told because it wasn't within 48 hours of purchase that there was nothing they could do. They offered to buy the faulty phone so I assume they wanted to sell the faulty phone back to another customer. Worst customer service I have ever come across
