Took a perfectly good Xbox in to trade and agreed the price. Phoned me up the next day saying it didn't work properly and they would only offer me less than half the price (wouldnt connect to the internet apparently)Told them the Xbox was working perfectly fine the day before (they didn't believe me and made out i was lying to them when i dropped it off) and refused to believe it didn't work so would come in and pick it up and sell it elsewhere.Would you believe it, i got it home, plugged it in, turned it on and connected fine. Complete waste of time, fuel and time off work. Sold it to a friend for more than they offered and it still works 100% as it should to this day.Wouldn't recommend this branch unless you want to be made out to be a liar and potentially get scammed.

Great service from Matt in the Wakefield Springs branch. Very professional dealing with an issue on an order I had made, keeping me up to date throughout the process and was very prompt with calls making sure it was dealt with before his day off, credit to the company.

Ripped me off, selling me a broken laptop then refusing to repair or refund me. Don't know what I expected but it was better than this, I've been a customer of CeX for over a decade at this point and the quality has severely decreased.Disappointed in this store and in the corporate structure. Do not recommend

Popped into this store today to sell my old phone. Was asked if it was unlocked. Wasn't sure, I replied. We'll check it over, if you can come back in twenty minutes.£60 if unlocked, £49 if locked.Returned to store to be told it is locked, so that will be £49 we can offer you.Imagine my surprise after taking my old phone back home with me and getting in touch with my network provider to be told that actually it was unlocked!Honest mistake???
