Spoke to Danny over the phone very polite and experienced is stating the procedure of buy back . I sold some goods and some on buy back the service was spot on 5star and I would recommend Danny to any one wanting to sell or buy back arrangement. Fair price for goods which I?m happy about and professional transaction . Very polite and courtesy second to none . Thank you cash converters I will be back for more business. Bought a games console from Wakefield store, which had a slight problem with the power supply. Store dealt with the problem really promptly and were really nice about it, would definitely use again. Their video games are really well priced and good condition, they are one of my regulars for buying games online.

I bought a drill kit form this store (online) and there was some items missing from the case. Asked the store manager to help and he solved my case within a minutes. Very happy with them and I will buy again for sure! I can clearly see there are some negative reviews, but I appreciate their approach dealing with problems!

If I owned this particular cash convertors franchise and I wanted to boost my profits and floor sales , first thing I'd be doing is immediately sacking the joke of a "store manager " who I honestly thought was just picking on me but looking at other reviews it turns out he's a complete disgrace to everyone he comes in contact with ????? written complaint on way to franchise owner and cash convertors UK Facebook /Twitter / Instagram as its the 4th or 5th time I've been made to look an idiot in front of him ?

Sadly electronic equipment isn't tested properly at this place so the chances of buying a faulty one is high.The shop is terrible at refunding which makes matters even worse as they deny any faults exists.I would go to a more reputable company if you want better service and less hassle.Don't be fooled by Cash Converters lower prices like I was. Pay more elsewhere and get a better guarantee.

Never go to this shop I bought a bike from there 2 weeks ago and the pedal has snapped off the bike I rang them up and they said the warranty only covers the frame of the bike which is a load of rubbish when u buy a car is it only the shell of the car that has a warranty and not the engine I don't think so so they've conned me out of 220 pound I will be getting solicitors involved to recover my money I will never shop there again

Don't buy any bikes/scooters from them ,They don't have a proper mechanic to check the goods before selling them ,However if you do end up buying a bike you better pray that it doesn't break down after a week because their warranty is a big fat joke and the staff are a headache to deal with,Absolutely useless.

Most incompetent staff & management i ever seen in my life! They told me that my account is blocked and i am basically banned from selling/buying to/from this shop without any logical reason. Never done anything wrong to them in my life! I actualy spent some money in their stupid shop. But Ok. No worries.... Couldn't care less. My problem is how TF they managed to pawn my phone under someone else's name??? This is FRAUD and 100% i will report them to the relevant authorities. They not even apologised for this. Now will see who is smarter..... If you have a compensation for me, pls reply to this email. If not, good luck with that visit from fraud department.
