Beware ordering helium balloons online! I ordered a bunch of helium balloons online for a very special persons 60th as a thank you - but Card Factory sent them all in a tiny box not inflated. I can't even begin to say how embarrassing that was for me and the recipient was not amused... Eventually Customer services offered me the inflation money back... after more emails etc they gave me my money back (the manager emailed that he would phone me, I replied with my number - but he didn't bother). Sadly all this does not even begin to cover the humiliation and disgrace of it all. Never again!

The staff here run around shouting obscenities through rolled up magazines. It's audible outside the offices. Products are a bit run of the mill.

I would just like to say all of the staff in the Feltham Store in London are always so polite and caring when you visit the shop, I had some helium balloons which I purchased from an online website and needed them inflated, so I took a visit to my Feltham Shop which is where I live and they could not do enough for me, all of the staff were polite at all time and I commend them all so very much. They inflated my balloons for me at a resonable charge and when I left the shop to go back to my Venue which was just across the road from the shop one of my balloons had gone down, so I phoned the shop and they very kindly told me to take it back to them to be inflated again. The staff were so good at all times with everything I wanted to know. The only reason I did not purchase my balloons from this shop was because they did not have any 80 red and black balloons which was my colour scheme for my 80th Birthday. I hope this review will be perused and that the staff will get a commendation from head office, Kind regards, Mrs Adele Deacon
