The lady works in Boots pharmacy Alverthorpe Road Wakefield whos very rude and inconsiderate against people, she'll shout top of her voice and asks if your on medical exemption while reading your details of the exemption card!! That's very embarrassing when all that people in pharmacy. I have heard from my wife before she's being rude to people.

I called with a query pertaining to an old *prescription and not only was i not allowed to be mad about (my personal name preference and pronoun usage pronoun usage or pain medicine, i wasnt allowed to be un happy during the call. Pertaining to 2 ibuprofen, dont get me started when corrected on their behaviour)

Boots pharmacy near homestead medical centre, is not good service, my mums medicineran out 4days ago, and chemist are not sorting it out, I am stressed, cause mum's medicine not ready yet, appalling service, they don't care anymore

Poor service by the same woman twice now (the one that says she is just covering here). Awful service no customer service skills, she?s in the wrong job! Moved to this pharmacy due to the one in Lupset closing but it?s safe to say I will be switching to another one now.

Shocking since Boots decided to close the other Boots store in Lupset. Staff at Homestead are left to pick up the slack. They are understaffed and the store is too small. Waiting weeks to get important prescriptions and no answer whenever you try to ring

Absolutely useless not professional at all first they didn?t had the medicine told me to collect after 2 days went after 2 days they lost my prescription and told me to get another from doctor absolutely waste of time

Slowest service I?ve ever known! 14 people in the chemist and only 1 serving, was the same yesterday! Came back this morning when it was quieter and the still haven?t got my prescription from me ordering last week!! Will be going elsewhere from now on!

Spare at least 30mins to 1hour in some cases to pick anything up. Polite staff but the process of getting anything there is a pain. This place is a total chaos!

The staff are nice but the service is ruined by Boots policies. They don?t keep anything but the most popular items in stock. That means every time they get a repeat prescription they need to order the items. Adds 1-4 days to the collection. A huge problem if you?re on very strong pain medication or essential daily meds and are forced to cope without it for 1-3 days. It?s a false economy because it causes many patients to go elsewhere and boots lose the sale of expensive meds. They should allow the staff to stock items that regular patients collect every month. I?m sure the staff are tired of making excuses for the company.

It was my first visit here and the staff seem nice.. . The only thing that wasn't so good was, I could hear someone having a heated discussion in the back and everyone could hear this.. . Not a major thing but also not very professional imo! ?
