Antibiotics prescribed for a sick child
Available in the store as I saw a pharmacist holding it as I speak. But asked me to come and collect after 11am next day (just because they have to prepare it adding water?). Felt they don?t care. But luckily there are other boots pharmacies in the locality who actually helped and cared.(Stanley Boots)

I just came in to use the weighing scales and asked if they were working as they were unplugged. The man I asked replied we don't unplug it for the fun of it. I said ok he then repeated himself for no reason. I asked for his name as I work ted to complain he said you do t need to know my name and asked me to leave. I was very shocked and upset as I've been a good customer at boots all my life.
The man in question had a headset on and had a beared that all I got as he couldn't hive me his name

My dad is supposed to collect some urgent meds for me, the lady at the counter might have want to leave early and said it was supposed to be collected somewhere else when it is NOT. Incredibly unprofessional and rude to do this, now I am without medication and in pain while waiting for a hospital call. I?d give zero star if I could

Boots has become like Sports Direct was over a decade ago. It's dirty and products are all over the place including the floor. I wanted to buy a men's shaver but all the young staff were too busy chatting to each other or using their mobile. Thére wasn't a lot of shavers to choose from but I still wanted to ask questions about certain products. I decided to buy one which was fairly priced but it only had a 2 pin plug on it. I will have to fly to spain get a shave now (joke). If one of the the toddlers told me I needed a 2 pin plug I'd have bought one then. I will now need to get a taxi back to Boots as I cannot walk far because of disabilities. I can see the end of seeing Boots on the High street within a year. I forgot about the woke Xmas advert that had that black anti English racist on it as I would have gone elsewhere.

Wow! What has happened to Boots? It used to be the place that you was guaranteed to find a gift for pretty much any member of your family or friends. Staff members on the shop floor are non existent, I wandered around the sad looking displays for a specific gift for my nephew. I couldn't find what i was looking for
but found something that would suffice. I was served at the till by a solo but very pleasant young man. I found the experience sad and the store tired.

Been today waited 15 mins to be served at the counter near the pharmacy six staff on and not one of them could be bothered to serve and there was only one person getting a prescription walked out will find another place that have staff that actually want to work and take your money it always seems to be boots chemist the one near the surgery was just as bad that?s why they closed it probably sent the same staff to this one

All the staff in the pharmacy are extremely efficient and friendly. They all work very hard and sometimes get abuse. No need for it.

The pharmacy is an absolute disgrace I went in for an emergency prescription for my 85 Yr old gran who was really sick. I waited for ages as several people came and went and got their meds. Crackheads being served left and right and centre as my prescription st on the side waiting to be checked as about 6 people stood behind the counter chatting, doing absolutely nothing. The chemist was too busy showing a customer the effing toothpastes. Absolute Joke! Shameful
