Terrible customer service fault at till told rather then go to next till supervisor said they would transfer our shop it would be quicker then left. The next till needed to get the supervisor to authorise the change. Took several minutes and two calls to get the supervisor back. She seemed surprised we were still waiting to pay and asked what we were waiting for? She seemed upset when I said her. She was way too busy doing other stuff to look after the customer she had just She had just had hanging about waiting for her. Very disappointed with there customer service ?

Refusing to replace or refund stale vile tasting food. I even had receipt. The receipt time was late before closing, an I went in the morning.

What can I say!!!!
The store was cluttered down most ailes and not easy to negotiate.
When we got to the checkouts there were 2 tills open and customers queueing 25 metres back.
B M staff were also shopping in the store and in the queue yet nothing was done to help matters. We were waiting in the queue for ages.

Just like any other store really, but is a good size and had a garden centre at the back.
Can get busy in car park at peak times, but has late opening hours.
Good selection of products, which rotate with seasonal products.
Staff are friendly and efficient.

Staff are amazing, always happy to help and very friendly. It is like an Aladdin?s emporium, I always leave with more than I intended to buy. Parking can be fun at the weekend, but they have long opening hours so you can avoid peak periods.

Brilliant store, loads of parking. Lots of variety in every area , from garden to food to paint. Prices are always almost the lowest in town. Shelves are always well stocked. I've never been disappointed or had any issues. Highly recommended.

Massive store. Has all the usual food stuff, bedding etc plus decorating gear and a huge toy section.
