Terrible customer service fault at till told rather then go to next till supervisor said they would transfer our shop it would be quicker then left. The next till needed to get the supervisor to authorise the change. Took several minutes and two calls to get the supervisor back. She seemed surprised we were still waiting... read full comment

Refusing to replace or refund stale vile tasting food. I even had receipt. The receipt time was late before closing, an I went in the morning.
