I?m not sure if poor quality trolleys are a signature of your stores, but I?m tired of dealing with ones that constantly tilt to the side?especially when carrying heavier loads, which only makes it more difficult to manage. Every Asda I?ve visited seems to have faulty trolleys, and I can?t believe this is still an issue.
To make matters worse, because of the trolley?s leftward tilt, it bumped into something on the way out, causing the entire trolley to lift and nearly injuring my wife/daughter. You can review the incident at your main entrance at approximately 19:36 GMT today. It shouldn?t be hard to spot.
How is this still happening? Imagine if it were your child at risk of being injured. I?m fed up with Asda, who always has a trolley issue.

What an awful pharmacy (Asda Asdale)!
Went there because I have a swollen painful eye and the doctor told me that the pharmacist is obliged by NHS policy to provide antibiotics.
Well this pharmacist didn?t even oblige me with his or her (or whatever pronouns they use) presence! They sent a message via the till lady that they couldn?t help! Not even a peek and you know you can?t help? Pretty magical skills!
I think a job requiring no emotional intelligence is more suitable for you!
A patient in pain, who has travelled in this awful storm on a Sunday afternoon with two little kids, isn?t there for pleasure. So please get your act together and show the next patient some respect and a bit of etiquette.

Inadequate staffing. Try using self scan to avoid queues but then had to put up with it failing to deal with my own bags, then having to wait for an eternity to get an age restricted product authorized.

Asda Wakefield missed some pizzas off a click and collect order, without a substitute ( out of stock ?). When mentioned that I needed the items substituting for a children?s party, the employee went to investigate. On his return he produced the pizzas I had ordered, and the manager said that we could have them for free and apologised for the inconvenience. Well done Asda. A well deserved 5??

Better and larger than most stores. Ample parking. Good prices on fuel. Pretty good prices. Pity special offers and bonus didn't work AGAIN!!

A large ASDA offering very long opening hours.

I shop here all the time but time and time again their special offers aren't so special, money off, two for one that does not take the money off at the till, you pay for it with no discount. Be aware of what you buy and the discount and check it !!!!!

this morning went to asda with my mum and nan for some shopping. my nan needed a wheelchair or mobility scooter as she?s not well with her walking and we?d left hers at home as it doesn?t fit in my car. the only one we could find had no feet on it, which was no good.
we?d like to thank Denise for all the help she gave us with my nan. Denise told us she?d seen another wheelchair with feet in the back, went and looked for it but had found it was broken so we couldn?t use it. my nan is scared riding mobility scooters and was very apprehensive when given the idea, but Denise gave her encouragement and also gave us all a good laugh, which encouraged my nan to try using one of the mobility scooters. she?d also told us she was going to bring up to management the lack of usable facilities for the disabled as she knew the lack of fully functioning wheelchairs and the lack of charge on the mobility scooters was an issue. the mobility scooter did break down and we did have to push her for the last of the way which is asda?s fault, and i will say needs sorting, but my nan enjoyed her experience on the mobility scooter.
we saw Denise on the way out and again she gave us a good laugh, she was very down to earth and understanding.
this asda definitely needs a revamp on their wheelchairs and mobility scooters, as a mobility scooter battery lasting not even half an hour is definitely inadequate for accessibility, and wheelchair without feet are also, but Denise understood this issue and assured that she would try to get it sorted.
thank you Denise!

Was in the toilets today at 15.00. Absolute filth. No soap. No toilet roll. Looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days.

Asda was massive. They had a Krispy Kreme cabinet, a Costa coffee a optician and a plant section out the door. As soon as you walk in, you can see endless aisles and many people. We were able to get everything we needed and didn't have to check if they sold it they just did. Fresh baguettes were made every day.,
