After visiting this store early this year for the first time I was shocked by what I heard from a female member of staff. As I approached the store a middle aged female with blue dyed hair was on a cigarette break smoking directly outside the store in uniform. She was talking to a younger female colleague, expressing her thoughts about a victim it would appear by saying 'she deserves a good kick in the stomach' It was disturbing because I had the impression she was talking about a pregnant girl. On another occasion I was in the store, there were boxes all over the floor and a middle aged blonde woman just started to kick them in front of a group of young boys that were working in the aisle. The authorities appear to be mocking the safe spaces scheme here in Yorkshire by labelling this store as a registered branch for the scheme. I just thought I should warn anyone who may be concerned to steer clear of this store. Some serious thugs work here!

I shop at this store a lot because it?s right by my house. Sometimes I buy a bunch of stuff, and sometimes just a little. But every time, the security guard follows me around and stares at me, which makes me feel really uneasy. I?ve even tried saying hi to be friendly, but the guard is just rude. The worst part of shopping here is dealing with that security guard.

I recently attended your store with the last few weeks and was so horrified by the staffs behaviour I have only just been able to manage to bring myself to write this review. Saturday 17th February I was in your store at around 9pm when I witnessed a young boy, who was an employee of yours, speaking to what I believe to be his girlfriend on the phone, speaking is an understatement at the least as it was more aggressive and of a bullying nature. I suffer with PTSD after coming out of a terrible relationship myself in the past and this event seemed to trigger me. After picking up the items I needed and been a witness to the said phone call I noticed there were plenty of older employees and a manager in the store who I amSure would have witnessed this behaviour and did nothing to take control of the situation. I pray whoever the was on the other side of that phone call is okay and that the boy in question has a misserable life ahead of him. I know now to not visit this store in future when they employee such arrogant and controlling men.
