Had to replace an item as it was a tad too small and Mandy was absolutely fantastic with us. She went above and beyond to help us out when she could easily have told us there wasn't much she could've done. Brilliant service.

Staff very rude ,very disrespectful and been very disappointed .Been driving there today for a long period and arriving at store for losing my time without any help !! dont go there never my advice!!if you wanna help or support avoid that shop ,try another argos .I wish any manager could see how staff is in that shop and take some action on this situation

Our four month old Lenovo tablet ceased working and we had lost our receipt so we feared the worst, However the assistant Julia was ever so helpful and with the details We supplied she was able to find proof of the purchase. It turned out that the Lenovo would have to be sent away for repair. Julia started the process off and Mark the manager finalised the details. I have to say that both Julia and Mark are two great employees and could not do enough for us.

Bought a dashcam today for my son, got home to see it had already been opened and the mount and wire missing ? Surely this was a return that was unchecked or stolen by staff ?? Paid full price for a dashcam that was secondhand with missing items, shame on you Argos. Reported to head office.

Your telephone contact option is needlessly long winded, providing poor customer services. I spent almost 5 mins on the phone just to be told lines are closed. Its almost like you don't want to help

Based on my and previous experience from today 25.07.2022 about 14:00 - 15:00 pm at Argos Marsh Way Wakefield.... Absolutely disgusting woman Manager! She has ZERO customer service abilities, is a bully and a joke! I can say the same about the from desk girls! Zero respect and manners! This was by far the worst experience i had at Argos UK. I will report them to Argos CEO and local authorities.

Argos customer service is awful, tried phoning Argos in Wakefield marsh way but no one is answering, I?ve tried another customer service number and I?m still in a queue which I?ve been in for over half an hour. I don?t have Facebook or Twitter to contact them and there is no email address to contact them.
