The day after I had my nails done (gel manicure) my fingertip on one of my fingers started to throb and swell, it got worse over the few days and became more painful. I ended up at the walk-in centre. It was confirmed I had an infection. As my nail started to grow through a pharmacist confirmed my nail bed had been damaged... read full comment
