Please don't use this company. We have only had them for 2 weeks the staff don't wear ppe , staff don't know simple tasks like how to move someone up the bed or where to empty dirtywater ,ive have told them so many times the water goes down the toilet not our kitchen sink .They have dragged my husband up the with his shoulders in resulting my husband been badly bruised, district nurse as seen photo and taken photos for her self.1 girl can't even empty the bathing water down our toilet when I have asked her to do this she looks at me like she doesn't understand. 1 girl came in to our home and plug her phone in to my charger without asking , I moved the charger and the same girl came in looking for the charger I told her it had broken that same day she brought her Own charger and started looking for a plug socket I told her no more and she just laughed at me .1 male staff wanted to know why we didn't have any draws in our living room which I told him only draws you should be concerned with are the draws under my husband's hospital bedall he could do was laugh , most staff just throw dirty clothing and pads on the floor the district nurse as seen a video of them doing this and photo of the staff not wearing uniform or ppe.The staff can't even put incontinent pads on properly coursing husband to have body waste all over his mesh pants he wearsand on the bed sheet. Don't use this company even if you have a NHS TRUST FUNDING OR YOU PAY PRIVATE.

They have recognized our hard work, particularly through covid by offering us a benefits package that ranges from discounts on just-eat all the way though to an on call GP.
