Ordered food at 7:30 pm, and not only did it arrive one and a half hours later than we were told, we had to ring at least 4 times questioning where our food was was, to only be met with "We are busy tonight". Since Zaika changed hands, the service is beyond terrible. We've given them several chances, but takeaway is always horribly late and often with items missing. Takeaway 2 weeks ago took 2 hours!
