The most disabled unfriendly shop in Todmorden no disabled access to upstairs
The staff are lovely however shouldn't be expected to fetch advertised items of furniture down two flights of stairs to show disabled customers who haven't disabled access.
Not fair on staff and certainly not acceptable for customers who unfortunately have a disability
The factory shop does have a lift however not for customersnot

Men's and women's clothing, footwear and household goods and products on 2 floors; often discounted. Its end of season/line sales are good. I bought 4 pairs of summer pants for £28....about 1/4 of what should be. They have some bargains in gardening and outdoor furniture, eg..4 mesh high back chairs and a glass and metal table for 4 for £150. It has a bit of everything but not a big range within individual lines. It has an app that gives you a heads up on bargains and a free scratch card. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Great shop. It has loads of bargains and lots of variety of things from shoes & clothes to craft, storage and outdoor stuff. It also accepts blue light discount and they have a loyalty scheme
