Ordered 2 meals 2starters nan bread chips and rice.. delivered.. food was ok nothing special .
Charged £50 and wouldn?t give a receipt.. sounds a lot to me won?t order again sorry

Disgusted with the experience I?ve just encountered whilst ordering a takeaway from balti house in tingley tonight. I?ve ordered before in the past with no issues but whilst I was eating tonight I bit into a small piece of rock in my curry - which also seems to have chipped my tooth. I rang to explain to the owner so he was aware and he apologised, offered to send the order again or offer a part refund which I thanked him for and accepted, but explained I was only ringing to make him aware. He asked if I could pass over the stone to the delivery driver whilst bringing the refund over so they can check and find out where it has come from, which I said was completely fine.
When approached to do this by the delivery driver, I was accused of picking the stone up from the front of my house because the stone was ?clean? and I had stones around the edge of my drive. I explained that I had only rinsed it after biting it to check what it was, (the stone also still smelt of the food at this point) and I also responded by saying that he can take the refund back with him if that was the issue as I merely rang to explain to the owner what had happened. I noticed afterwards through the window that the driver was walking back up to my house (my personal property) and started taking photos of my house and drive. After challenging him, he drove away without saying anything. Completely unacceptable treatment of a customer (who has ordered many times before) who had purely rang to make the restaurant and owner aware. Disgusted to be accused of making this all up just for a part refund, and then to have someone come onto my house and take photos on my personal property is disgusting. Not happy at all.

Just picked up ourmeal tonight looking forward to the amazing lamb Madras I had a few night ago....unfortunately it was completely different and very dissapointing!
Also tried to ring the only contact number to let the restaurant know and it just goes to voicemail. Not good guys and you have just lost a customer!

Been coming here for several years. The food is always great and really good value and the owner and staff are always friendly and remember who you are. Brilliant.

order a take out was told 45 mins then went to an hr rang tingley balti told it was on it's way which was fine Saturday night i expect them to be busy but when it arrived 1 hr and 30 mins later it was stone cold

Pre-ordered for a certain time and it arrived 30 minutes earlier, luckily we arrived home earlier than expected.
Food was luke warm when we dished it straight out.
Curry had good flavour of had been warm.
