Every time I come here I have the worst possible service you can get! Only one serving, all the staff at the back act like they are blind & cant see you. I came in for 2 items, 1 lady been served before me & took 20 minutes to be served & no sorry for you wait nothing! Best part when the lady serving was walking round like a headless chicken she disappeared & came back & was eating! Like are you kidding me! Clearly looking at the reviews for here you would think they would be like we need to improve & do better but they some how get worse!

Disgusting service with rude employees that don?t have a care in the world, collected part of my daughter?s prescription yesterday and was told to come back day after to collect, waited 35 minutes for them to get ready. The service is shocking. Woman with the glasses who works the front desk needs to be fired as she is disrespectful and extremely rude

I have never been to a pharmacy as bad as this one . Never have the things you need for a prescription. Today I was booked on for my Covid injection at 5:10. I arrived just after 5:00 and was told they don?t do them after 5pm. Surely they must have known that I was booked in so why did nobody call me. Very poor service and I will not use this pharmacy or Rowlands again.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, at least 5 people stood around laughing and joking. I waited 25 minutes to pick up my prescription, the chemist was not busy. I have picked up prescriptions for my son in the past and I have waited just as long. Its appalling.

Worst pharmacy I?ve ever come across, the staff are completely incompetent and lazy. They show no effort to efficiently help out people needing your medication, and you?re extremely lucky if they even have the medication in. They never answer the phone and when they do sound fed up and like it?s a burden to help you out. I would rather have an asthma attack and die than have to ever deal with that pharmacy and their useless staff again.

After 3 weeks had elapsed since the GP sent over my prescription, I went in to see what had happened to it. The lady behind the counter was very apologetic, after realising that it hadn't been processed, and said that it would be processed now. When she alerted the other staff to what had happened there was no flicker of concern and no change in pace. Half an hour later I was still waiting. Again the lady behind the counter was very apologetic that I was still waiting. She then realised that someone had since processed the prescription and the tablets were now on the shelf, but no-one had alerted her. Again, she had been thrown under the metaphorical bus. The star I have given is, incidentally, for her. I said that I should really have an apology from the manager, and she said she believed this would happen. I have waited for 24 hours and no apology has transpired. I really have no option then, than to write this review. I will also refer to it on twitter.

Avoid. Whole system how they operate does not work. Waited 25 minutes with 2 kids under 2 to be told the cream that I?m there for isn?t in stock. Such a backwards way of working and a complete waste of your time. The woman with brown hair and glasses acts extremely busy but in actual fact she looks like she makes her life hard. Neither of the staff have any customer service skills

Very, very slow service. Harder the get the phone answered than the GP surgery. Once left waiting for 50 minutes for a prescription and they then started turning the lights out to go home having forgotten I was there!

I moved from here months ago because I had to wait for my repeat prescription 7 days only to be told to wait another 7 days why people use them I never know waste of space and to prove that they are not bothered read the replies automated reply very concerned arnt they

Absolutely terrible service. The staff gather round to talk about irrelevant things, so slow, their system is rubbish. I would go elsewhere if I could. Nothing is ever done correctly over the 15 years I've been using them. I wish they would be taken over. ?

Staff frequently take the phone off the hook, compromising patient safety, although they deny doing so. Reported to the GPhC as the superintendents office have not taken previous concerns seriously, thus leaving no alternative.

The worst pharmacy ever... always large queues which the staff cannot cope with.. long wait for medication even if no queues.... failed to let me know that they couldn't get hold of medication even though I had been in and told them it was urgent and was going to run out of particular medication... prescription had been with them for over a week. Told me they would call me if they couldn't get it.. finally rang me at 4 in the afternoon well over a week after I should have had the prescription,when it was too late for me to do anything about it.. this is just one thing from a long list of failures. I went in one Saturday morning at 9am only to be told they couldn't give prescriptions out as pharmacist was running late.. she was over half hour late which by this time there was a shop full of people..I was then given wrong form of medication tablets instead of melts but didn't realise until a week or so later... the floor in the shop looks like it's never been swept. They never answer the phone and literally cut you off after so many things..I have actually been in the shop and seen them ignore the phone when ringing so I know when I ring what they do.. it took me literally all day to finally get through yesterday... it seems understaffed and they cannot cope with customer flow... I can't remember a time when I have been in and been happy with the service and not heard numerous complaint.. you can guarantee people in the queue are complaining about the service every time.... please do not send me a standard reply as you have with all the other reviews... this shop needs attention and will lose customers if not sorted me being one of them it will mean a car journey to an alternative chemist but this is what I will have to do as no other option.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The doctors surgery next I even told not to use this pharmacy because of the past. Never have items and tell you to come back the next day and then not have the prescription ready then you have to wait up to 30 minutes.

If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars i would.Absolutely horrific service.I received my prescription on Monday 17th October which was sent over electronically.Went in on the 18th to find the computers were down and my medication wasn?t there. I then went back on the 19th to find out where my medication was and the computers were STILL down and my medication wasn?t there.I called later that day to find out my items can?t be delivered there so i have to go to another pharmacy.I call another pharmacy today (20th) to order my medication to be told Rowlands still have my prescription and haven?t sent it back to ?the spine/cloud? so the alternative pharmacy can?t get my medication in. I?ve just called Rowlands AGAIN to find out where my prescription is and yet again the computers are down.It is an absolute nightmare getting anything from this pharmacy, you are usually stood waiting around forever to be seen, and if i could give ANY advice it would be to go elsewhere. Shocking and disgusting service.
