Absolutely outstanding doctors, all of the doctors and nurses are extremely thorough and very understanding. We can always get an appointment on the day if needed. The reception team are always very willing to help.

This practice is outstanding. This is coming from a doctor who works in the medical profession and has been a patient in many different practices. The receptionists are professional and helpful, the GP?s arecaring and work hard.

I have had a recent chest infection and have received excellent care from the doctors. I have been seen on the same day each time I have needed treatment, even as an extra appointment. Dr Greasley has been particularly helpful for this and other things previously. People are quick to critisise GPs at the moment but I could not have asked for a better service. Ive been really impressed with this doctors surgery tbh, i can appreciate over the course if Covid things have been difficult for planning and seeing patients but since our daughter has been born every time we've needed to see the doctor, sometimes for what maybe seen as trivial the staff have always been fantastic.The reception staff were helpful and informative and the doctors polite and professional. They reassured us and were very courteous.

Surgery has generally been good but the phone lines are horrific. If you're booking an appointment on the app fair warning the given time slot is meaningles... Love calling back at 8am to get an appointment after having one booked weeks in advance.

Utter waste of time. 10 mins of "number engaged", followed by a 5 min recorded diatribe, followed by a pointless conversation with a receptionist. It's high time the GPs got off their arses and re-started FACE-TO-FACE appointments!
