“Odd place- massive and team were lovely, mixed messages for service though.I'm giving five stars for the team who were polite attentive and seem to be proud to work for this businessmHowever 1 star for the store manager who is possibly the rudest person I have ever met. Zero retail skills, zero customer interaction skills and super rude to the team.Sent a message to the Co-op customer service team- received back a generic 'sorry the team were not up to standards, we will let the store manager know'So 1 star for them too- for doing a job that requires you to listen or read details, but failing miserably.”
