I debated whether to bother writing a review considering this company never cared when i raised concerns. I would be here all day if I listed the full extent of the incompetence of this company. I raised a formal complaint with the registered manager on 6 August, no response from her in line with their own complaints procedure so I wrote to the company director (his details found on companies house). He turned out to be as useful as a chocolate teapot. The carers don't care, they rush in and out, often less than 15 minutes on a 45 minute call, often turning up late. When called out on their behaviour, they become hostile. I've been yelled at multiple times, threatened and sworn at by "carers" who don't really care. They have a complete disregard for my home, my family and my neighbours, often leaving their cars parked in the middle of the street making it impossible for anyone to leave and littering with used gloves. They couldn't find a bin with a map and written directions! They're not properly trained to use equipment which we had provided by OT and therefore my mum was left without an acceptable level of care for months. On what we believed to be their final day (we ended up stuck with them for an extra week), one carer finally confessed what I suspected all along. They are not disciplined because the company needs carers more then the carers need them (her words not mine). This meant she, along with others, got away with regularly turning up late because they slept in. She also pointed out she was leaving the company to go work for a more professional company where she wouldn't get away with such behaviour, which if you analyse means their own carers think they are unprofessional. They have no faith in their own management so its no wonder service users have no faith in them either. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants a good level of care for their loved ones and I'm unbelievably relieved to finally see the back of them after nearly 2 months of trying to get them to transfer my mums details to a new care provider

I'd give less than 1 if I could! This company is diabolical and should be avoided!! They DON'T care and have no idea what they are doing! They forced the best ladies out, and they were the only ones that CARED they're just in it for the money!

Superiors are awful, have no idea what they are doing, supposed to be a care company but don't even start with caring for their employees. There is a lot of family all working with each other so a lot of hierarchy and favouritism going on. PLEASE AVOID!!! Worst about in bradford

Really awful...although one or two individual workers are exceptional most focus on getting in and out within minutes, careless and shoddy practices the anxiety felt knowing that they were coming to "care" visits made me feeling sick....dont do any of the tasks agreed when dealing with very vulnerable elderly suffering from dementia.Dont leave your lived ones

Be careful with your elderly loved ones this company expects people to work with covid telling there staff not to take lft tests as they need them in work have photo evidence of this will be seeking advice from cqc putting vulnerable people at risk of covid
