Delivery was 1 hour late, food was
Cold. Peperoni pizza was burnt, chips was hard. Kebabs wasn't nice at all. £44 went in the bin! Never again.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a burger that came to £45, one of the pizzas came burnt, one of the pizzas had no chicken despite being advertised and the burger was flavourless and had a long black hair in it. What a waste of money we will not be eating here again.

I ordered pulled pork, chicken burger and popcorn chicken and chips and Donner in pitta bread with chips and pizza dough balls the popcorn chicken came without chips so did the donner and the pizza balls are burnt to a crisp

Wanted some late night cheat meal and unfortunately my regular parmo place was closed.
Ordered parmo & twisty fries. What a disappointment! The fries were good, thank god they didn?t mess up that. The chicken parmo was small and flavourless. Blant fried chicken with a ton of cheese. Will never get anything from there again.

We usually get pizzas from here and enjoy them. However, we ordered a pizza tonight and it was cold when we received it. We rang up to let Cedar tree know, we were met with someone who was not prepared to listen to our feedback. Very disappointed by his short sited approach, rather then listen to us he tried to tell us we were wrong. We weren't looking for a free pizza, just wanted to let them know our pizza was cold!

The food was below average the pulled pork fries were burnt the kebabs were the worst I?ve ever had. The mint mayonnaise was like toothpaste the salad was lettuce tomato and loads of onion. Definitely not worth the £27:50

A woman who is a regular customer and vegetarian made an order and was instead given a chicken burger....customer is vegetarian and has been so all her life so she complained and asked for the order to be sorted, The rude woman behind the counter insisted customer is wrong and that is what she ordered, 2 others were witness that this is indeed not what was ordered .no myself got my own chicken burger but know that was not what the other person ordered... so the woman behind counter was closing and refused to correct order and since the customer then obviously couldn't have her order since it is chicken burger and she is vegetarian she then asked for a refund, the staff member was rude about this also. Would not recommend, as a regular customer I'm appalled by the way they managed this.

Wanted a late night kebab after a night out-phone was on silent so didn?t hear any delivery driver ring me as I didn?t realise my phone was on silent, nobody rang our door bell, (home is very easy to find) was told it was left by the front door. Partner went out and it was left in the middle of the road!! (areas very quiet!) This is a chicken kebab with salad, fries, chilli and garlic mayo exactly as it arrived?.? It went straight in the bin
