Service was superb. No hurry to take your order-as and when you were ready. Bringing own alcohol was brilliant. No fuss with iced water bucket provided for our already chilled wine and beers.
The Shimla Fish Masala was to die for. We also had the mutton Jaipuri and the Saagh Paneer, both of which were excellent.
Word of warning, we over ordered with the breads with a Garlic Nan and Tandoori Roti. The garlic nans are ginormous ( see the photos on their website). The garlic nans are large enough for 2 and even 3 if you are not a big eater.
We enjoy our ?Indians? and have visited many worldwide both in places we have lived and places visited. The Shimla Spice is in our humble opinion up there with the best.

Best Asian cuisine in the town.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding?staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful, with elegant seating and stunning decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for both great service and a visually charming dining experience!

Had an amazing meal at Shimla Spice tonight. The food was absolutely delicious.
The menu said melt in the mouth and it was exactly as described. The portions were generous and everything was just perfect
The atmosphere was great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We are visitors to Shipley and wanted to sample some of the local hospitality. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend

I went here with 2 friends for the first time. The waiters were excellent and the food was really nice. We all enjoyed our meals and the portion sizes were good. I would definitely come back

Great restaurant with fantastic food and service. It can get noisy at times (and busy) but excellent overall. Staff is very friendly which is greatly appreciated.
