I know my car very well and I put fuel this morning! After checking receipt I have noticed they scammed me with 10 liters at pump no.6! Cars tank was almost empty and they charged me 96 quit for a 65 liters petrol tank, but my fuel tank can only take 55!

Two different models of electric car charged here on 150kw chargers. They are like all the shell I've used slow low output. Nearly 10pm and I'm getting 61kwh I've never seen it near 100kw.

I visited shell on Monday daytime this week and received excellent customer service from a young man who really went out his way to help me with my car. I was greeted by him with a friendly face and a positive attitude which makes a change from other petrol stations I have visited. The gentleman was well mannered, polite and extremely helpful. He made it such a pleasant experience. Will visit again!

Difficult to access, and be warned the pumps squeeze petrol at a super fast rate so you pump for 2 seconds and fill 3 liters, giving you the impression that the pumps are off, but fortunately this is not the case and all is fair. Usually a bit pricier than greengates BP. Nice staff and good range of other services.

I just stopped after work for essentials, was 1 am in the morning, cashier was in the company of his friends in the car which they parked next to the cashier window, makes me feel uncomfortable and uneasy, talking and laughing in them own language. Not nice experience for woman doing shopping.

I was 10pm yesterday. To buy 2 yorky bars. They cost up there £1.20 for 2. Them charge me £3. They robbing every customer I will report this. Do not pay by card there as money can vanish from your bank account.

Stopped off to charge my car midway through a 200 mile trip. EV chargers are plentiful and fast. Couple of them were out of service but there was no shortage of available working units. Was relatively cool out, no battery preconditioning and still pulled 70+ KW. I'll take that. These ones will accept contactless payment or the Shell Recharge app/RF card. Easy access and egress. Couldn't fault it for a quick top up charge.
