So thank you to this Shipley Santander bank on behalf of my uncles from Bradford when the Bradford Bank closed. Thanks for having the patience with my uncle to the man and being well mannered at all times to my uncle when he's at the bank with his Appointee and police officers and Bradford council.

Santander is only as good as the person on the end of the phone, you can literally spend weeks trying to sort out a problem, going round in circles getting fobbed off with conflicting information, then eventually you drop on the one person who actually has some knowledge and knows exactly what they are talking about, and then within a matter of seconds your sorted and smiling! ?. I had to go in to the Shipley Branch after my account was frozen following suspicious activity. The National phone line was problematic re long waits , greater than 40 mins, and then only recommend going into a branch!However all 3 people I spoke to at the Shipley branch were helpful , in particular Sofia sorted the issue out for me spending quite a long time with the National security team>.Thank you
