Today we returned to celebrate our anniversary
And sat in our original seats, the lovely staff looked after us

Best Vegan pizza I've ever, it was delicious. So nice to have a proper Vegan dessert too, Pecan Pudding with Biscoff ice-cream. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely team of friendly attentive servers and staff.
Dietary restrictions: Great for Vegan options
Parking: We actually didn't find the parking. It was a bit confusing

Extremely busy on a Sunday and if you didn't book a table you can end up waiting forever. Service very slow too so if you are hungry, this is not the right place for a quick bite. Food good but expensive, plus there are 4 sets of stairs! Overall OK but I wouldn't be returning.

Took 2 young children for cake and a drink. Not set up for children at all. Ordered a glass of milk that came in what was almost a wine glass. No plastic cups available so requested a mug. Drank from high chair but the trays don't secure well to any of the chairs so tray slipped off onto the floor and smashed the mug. Then we asked for baby change as there are no signs. Member of staff didn't know so with 2 unsettled children we changed in a corridor. 2 slightly stressed parents by the end of our experience! The cake was delicious though.

it?s a disaster! basically a nursery smelling of formula and diapers ,mucky tables ,kids with runny noses being ignored by parents smearing the seats and tables . Food is grey or beige , drinks are again children?s party standard .

We enjoyed our visit to this establishment, the food was exquisite, one I?d like to revisit . My only bones to pick are service and staff, most of the staff looked around 20, this is not a problem but some were a bit clueless, we waited around 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, the food was very good , delicious and well priced, however when ordering we had to ask at least 3 different people to actually place an order as some staff said yes and never came , we do understand that it was a busy time in the new year but this same situation happened when wanting some jugs of water, the only other thing is that when our daughter politely asked for some ketchup it arrived half full and messy, overall though a good experience and great sticky toffee pudding, one you simply CANT go here without trying!

Salts Diner is a great place for lunch it never lets us down. Today I had a fantastic new dessert - Carrot and Pecan pudding with Lemon Mascarpone. Every single bite had amazing flavours and I loved it. Haven?t raved so much about a dessert since I had Basil Sorbet at the Savoy over 7 years ago.

Lunchtime was busy on a Saturday and some people had booked tables, we queued and it was ok but in future would definitely book in advance.

Really nice cafe. I had the pizzeta mushroom pizza which was really fresh and just the right size for lunch. A little bit pricey for what you get but everywhere these days is.

Delicious food, great service in the heart of Salt's Mill. High ceilings, exposed brick work and you can feel the industrial past. It's a unique venue. Very popular. You can just turn up, but booking is advised.
