Absolutely awful service. Staff were rude, unhelpful and completely useless. Pharmacist was apathetic and more interested in face timing her family. I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years and was shocked by the apathetic and disinterested attitude. I am amazed that this service is still serving the public. Shame on you.

The staff are very nice, but unfortunately it's impossible to get a hold of them by phone and they are always missing items from the perscriptions. They also take a long time to order medication, GP perscribed 2 days ago and only by asking did they put the order in..

Pharmacist didn't bother to check if they had my infant daughter's prescription when the GP sent the prescription two days ago. Got told me to just come back tomorrow. Overall poor attitude and customer service.

Have to wait up to 5 days for prescription, when collecting still had to wait 20 mins for them to get it ready, missing items, told to go back etc, this is everytime I put my repeat prescription in, after years of using this pharmacy I've now had to move to another one.

Ordered some blood tester strips to this pharmacy, they sent me to Asda's pharmacy from there I had to go back days running and still didn't get them.
